YOUR IMPACT ___________
Within the Nordics Back Office Organization you will be part of our team collaborating closely with all the Office and Retail teams. This internship will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Starting date : July 2023
YOUR MISSION ____________
During the Internship period you will:
- Support Company employees across all Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland) with general software and hardware- related or phone questions
- Provide on-site support for the employees located in Copenhagen
- User registrations
- Support on different IT related projects with our HQ
Profile
WHO YOU ARE _________
- Bachelor or Master Student
- Major in IT Systems or related area
- Fluent in English (Danish will be a plus)
- Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Structured and Organized
- Independent, proactive, and flexible
- Excellent in Communication and Interpersonal skills

ADITIONAL INFORMATION ___________
- Length of the internship: 6 months, full time - flexible working hours to accommodate school projects/exams.
- Internship agreement required - internship must be part of educational program and must be credited.
