The hours:
This position is an 80 hour per fortnight position with some flexibility in the hours as regional day travel will be required.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, we are looking for an agile, energetic and passionate Senior Advisor with organisational development experience.
Based in Palmerston North the Senior Advisor will manage a generalist portfolio and provide advice to our people managers in Palmerston North and Hawkes Bay. The role will work closely with their counterpart in Paraparaumu to contribute to the employment of people-related ob providing continuous improvement and the development of systems, policies and practices that align to the strategic goals and objectives of MASH Trust.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong background of operational HR delivery with track record in delivering smart solutions. Working closely and in partnership with internal customers you will proactively identify people related business needs, resolve issues and provide the calibre of support that builds line management capability in all aspects of the people side of the business.
This includes ensuring generalist advice and practices appropriately reflect people strategies, policies and frameworks aligned to the culture and support successful achievement of business objectives, commitments, and the organisations vision and values.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of high-level HR delivery and will possess the superior technical, interpersonal and influencing skills necessary to help continue the development of an evolving and exciting culture. A tenacious, resilient and emotionally intelligent nature will be essential, as will the ability to clearly articulate and deliver meaningful solutions.
